Home Needed

I have information on a 6 year old boy who is looking for a forever home. He is from Africa. His older sister and he were adopted from Africa. They have been in the states for at least a year. The adoptions are finalized, but the family that adopted him feel that they can not keep him and his sister. There main concerns are that he has not learned the English Language well, and that he can be aggressive. He needs a home were he will recieve lots of love and attention. He is living in Boston.
